January 8, 201610 yr Hello everyone, I'm fairly new to unraid. I've been running it for a few weeks now, and just transferred 9.6 TB to the server. However, now I'm continuing to move over movies, and I've lost my access to "Tower" I get an error that says "access is denied" I know the password is correct, as I put the wrong one in and I get an error message saying my password is incorrect. I found the check file systems page, where I put my server in maintenance mode, and ran a check on each drive. I didn't get any corruption messages on the drive. I have attached my system log, and diagnostics. Thank you for your help. -Chase tower-syslog-20160108-1507.zip tower-diagnostics-20160108-1516.zip

January 9, 201610 yr Community Expert How did you transfer the files? If it was not over the network then you may have a permissions issue that can be fixed by running the Tools->New Permissions option.
January 9, 201610 yr Author How did you transfer the files? Like I go to my computer, and down to Network, and it shows "Tower" I was clicking on that, and accessing my shared drives, now its giving me "access is denied'. I looked at that, but didn't do it because it said "This is a one-time action to be taken after upgrading from a pre-5.0 unRAID server release to version 5.0." This is a new system and I started out with the 6 not an upgrade from a 5. Would it still be ok to run that? Thanks -Chase
