v6 working on spare system

Long time v4 and v5 user here.  I got v6 running on a spare PC.  Have a 30 day eval key.  Also have my first docker (Plex) up and running.  It was all quite painless thanks to the useful guides posted on these msg boards.  Thanks to everyone who has written guides and answered questions to help others. 

 

Now, how do I migrate a working sonarr/sabnzbd setup from a Win10 PC to dockers on my v6 system?  Has anyone done that?  Those two apps took a lot of fiddling to make them play together nicely.  I do not really look forward to doing that again with two dockers. 

 

Also, when i access web GUI on v5 system ("tower") , i am taken to the v6 system (called "tower6")  I cannot bring up web GUI on v5 system from laptop on same network.  Any ideas?  This is not a big deal as I will power down the test v6 system shortly.
