So the server is only allowing  100Mb/s - full duplex and not 1000Mb/s - full duplex. I tried different cables that did not change it. I hooked my PC up to the same connection and it auto negotiated 1000Mb/s. So I am not sure why the unRAID server would not do the same. Any help would be appreciated.

    it might be the board's network chipset: Realtek 8111E

     

    If you have a spare intel gbit card laying around, give that a test. I have the same chip and it works at full speed.
