Multiple 4Tb drives in older 24-drive H8DME-2: Problem?

I've been seeing mention of some servers having difficulties once multiple 4TB drives are installed.  Mine's an older H8DME-2.  Recently I've begun upgrading 2Tb drives to 4Tb.  I've replaced 6 of my 23 drives thus far without problem. 

 

Am I headed for a problem???  If so, any way to avoid it???
