I tried a billion different ways, from win7, from win8.1, from win8, from win10 technical preview, they were working fine, but all failed or BSOD while upgrading to windows 10, that means I can't use QEMU/KVM in production

 

Maybe is my Nvidia GTX 260 that I was using for tests (nvidia driver crashing), right now I'm considering other solutions

    Many people have found that they need to set the VM to only use a single core while doing the upgrade.  Have you tried that?  If that succeeds, then once the upgrade has been completed you can set the number of cores back to a higher value.
