January 18, 201610 yr You really should post the full diagnostics but without them my guess is that the cache drive has a corrupted file system and is set to read only to prevent data loss

January 18, 201610 yr Community Expert Lots of messages about this disk Jan 17 19:57:58 Tower kernel: ata5.00: ATA-9: WDC WD40EFRX-68WT0N0, WD-WCC4E4VDLT4Y, 82.00A82, max UDMA/133 which is supposed to be disk1, but no SMART for it in your diagnostics. Check your connections.
