And here is a error when I try to install a docker app.

You really should post the full diagnostics but without them my guess is that the cache drive has a corrupted file system and is set to read only to prevent data loss

Lots of messages about this disk

which is supposed to be disk1, but no SMART for it in your diagnostics.

 

Check your connections.
