Help: Extracting Bluray ISO

Hello, so far unraid is working very well. Now i bought a new NetworkMediaTank. For unstuttert viewing i need to extract all my Bluray ISOs. Is there any way to do that localy? Problem is, when I extract over the network

1. everything fills up the cache drive quickly

2. it is very slow extracting files remote from a laptop with windows vista (the extraction doesnt take place on unraid)

 

Has anyone a idea how i could (with only very basic linux knowledge) get my isos fast and easily extracted?)
