There has been an issue raised on GitHub related to tracker announce request IP leakage under certain circumstances, after careful review of iptables i have tightened up the rules to prevent this. A new image has now been rolled out for all vpn enabled docker images (25th Feb 2021) i produce with the fix in place, i would encourage everyone to update to the recently created 'latest' tagged image.   You can force the upgrade by toggling 'basic view' to 'advanced view' and then clicking on

Found the solution on reddit.   Due to the recent change in the authentication process, using your email and password for the manual connection method will no longer work. You will need to use the service credentials instead. You can find your service credentials by following these steps: Please log in to your Nord Account by following this link: https://my.nordaccount.com/dashboard/nordvpn/ Click on the NordVPN tab on the left panel which is under the Services tab.

Have you updated your delugevpn image to latest and used the next-gen OpenVPN files?

Errr... No, the other way round.  privateinternetaccess.com are the legacy servers.  privacy.network are the NewGen servers.

Yes. I have tripled check they are the right files, downloaded again and again. And also, you have it the wrong way around. privacy.network are the nextgen servers.

Your right, I got it backwards.

 

You don’t have any tags set in the repository field of the container that would keep you from updating to the latest release?

Nope.  My webui comes up just fine.  For reference I am using the latest binhex deployment and nextgen PIA endpoints. My network type is set to 'Bridge' in the binhex-delugevpn container settings.

And you've created the 'Wireguard:' field?

Did you download the ovpn configuration file for a nextgen server? If not, look at the FAQ Q19 on how to set it up.

hello, a little confused what to do, originally i used a guide on yuo tube.

 

what do you mean faq 19?

 

by the way i use pia vpn if that makes a difference?

 

 

i just downloaded the new vpn files from pia, added them to the path /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-delugevpn/openvpn

See Q19 in the FAQ to make sure you have the right config files: https://github.com/binhex/documentation/blob/master/docker/faq/vpn.md

 

Also, use your PIA credentials (what you login with into the PIA site) not any generated credentials you might have made within your account. Generated credentials used to work, but it seems w/ the cutover to nextgen, they're no longer supported.

when i went to faq 19 i just downloaded the zip file that they have a link to, i then copied ca.rsa.2048,crl.rsa.2048,Netherlands to the location off /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-delugevpn/openvpn

 

i then restarted, i've also restarted unraid server itself, but no help.

The username you put into the container variables must work at this link. If it doesn't work on the web, it won't work in the container.

Yes the credentials are fine, the docker i haven't changed for a long time, only the updates.

 

what has changed is that the vpn old one has been shutoff, but i cannot get the new one started.

 

i'm gonna see if another torrent works, i'm gonna try binhex-qbittorrentvpn and see if that causes same issue

 

 

i don't need to adjust ports do i, nothing has changed regarding the ports in delughe docker settings?

I am suddenly seeing this as well after restart today (not bound).

I have been using RO and thought it might be the VPN. I attempted changing to France and still see the same message. If I change to a vpn that doesn't support port forwarding (any CA despite the logs telling me they support port forwarding), I see the a response about port forwarding not working in the log:

Anyway, has something changed with PIA or openvpn?

I was able to log into the URL with the same credentials I have configured in docker.

I do see the following message upon logging in:
