January 22, 201610 yr Everything works but when I go to VM and try to create a new KVM machine bellow under Template Settings all I see is running Loading... An it is stuck there, I cannot click or navigate anywhere else on a dashboard. The only way to get out of this is to reboot PC. Any clues how to fix it? Another annoying thing I noticed if I issue reboot it goes all the way till it says Rebooting and stuck there as well I need to do manual power off. Please help!
January 22, 201610 yr Author if I try root@Tower:/mnt/user# virsh list --all it hangs forever so I do crtl-c The only way to get the dashboard back is to kill libvirt: root@Tower:/mnt/user# ps -aux |grep libvirt Warning: bad ps syntax, perhaps a bogus '-'? See http://procps.sf.net/faq.html root 23170 0.0 0.0 202200 9604 ? Sl 16:46 0:00 /usr/sbin/libvirtd -d -l -f /etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf -p /var/run/libvirt/libvirtd.pid root 28721 0.0 0.0 5104 1716 pts/3 S+ 16:51 0:00 grep libvirt root@Tower:/mnt/user# kill -9 23170 Now I can use the dashboard but there is no VM option. Can it be motherboard problem?
January 22, 201610 yr How long did you wait for the VM page to re-appear ? It might take some time up to a couple of minutes.
January 22, 201610 yr When the issue re-occurs then telnet into your system and run diagnostics. The resulting file is placed on your flash device in the folder logs.
