UI for network and disk activity?

I've been running the Basic license for just a few days and loving it, however I do "crave" to see any disk and network (especially internet) stats like download speed or if there's any activity. Is there a plugin to the GUI with that info? I'm running Sonarr that pushes commands through to a seedbox and with sshfs doing it's download/move thing automatically to my NAS. So would like to see that kind of activity.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
