I have not been able to copy to a local user share quicker than 24 MB/s

The shares are passed directly into the VM, I am on a bridged network

The shares are set to use a cache disk (rust platter) - BTRFS WDC WD20EARS

VM Machine:  i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz,  eth0: 1000Mb/s - Full Duplex.

 

I can copy from the exact same source file to my physical Windows machine at 52 MB/s

 

What else may I share to help solve this?  Thanks
