I've got some questions/observations about the new beta release and I don't want to confuse others by mixing it in with the normal chatter here.

 

Is there an appropriate forum area to discuss 4.5?  Is there a web page to report minor bugs with it also?

    The only place is the "Announcement" thread.  There is no specific forum until then.  I would guess there will be once it gets to 4.5-final.
