I am running unraid 6.1.8 and I started getting some strange errors in my log and noticed that Unraid killed my two running windows VMs due to Out of memory.

 

Diagnostics attached.  Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the cause.

 

Motherboard Asrock z97 Extreme6, i7 4790K, 16 GB ram, Two VMs running:  Windows 7 Pro had 8GB ram assigned, Windows 10 Pro had 4 GB ram assigned.

I had a similar problem.  I added another 16GB of memory to bring me to 32GB with the same hardware and VMs and my memory problems when away.  I now try to keep at least 6-8GB free for unRAID that isn't used by VMs.  4GB just wasn't enough to work in my case.  You might try reducing the memory of your VMs a little.  It might work with 6GB where 4GB it doesn't for instance.
