February 17, 201610 yr hi all - I installed unraid on my server, and found it to be working fine. I then un-installed it, and re-installed it on my desktop, with the intention of trying linus's 2 gamers 1 cpu idea. After a successful boot up and everything, i tried accessing the webgui, and that is where m problem is. chrome just says "This web page is not available. ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED". I tried other browsers and manually setting the unraid IP, all with no joy. Also, I can ping it fine. Any help appreciated. Thanks, matt.
February 17, 201610 yr Community Expert Have you tried connecting to the webUI using IP address instead of name? Can you telnet to it or do you have access to the command line with a monitor and keyboard attached? If so then type diagnostics at the command line and it should save the diagnostics zip to the logs folder on your flash drive. Post it.

I have tried the IP adress, and that did not work either. I have direct command line access, so attached is the log file. tower-diagnostics-20160216-1317.zip

What do you suggest I should do now? everything works on the network... are there some unraid settings i need to tweak?

If there are multiple ethernet ports on your server try another one. Check cables and plugs, both ends. Try another port on the switch or router, etc.
