One disc not spinning down (SOLVED)

I have looked into all available information and I know well that this was reported 100000 times but I really can't find the reason why my disc4 is never ever spinning down.

 

/usr/bin/lsof |grep "/mnt/disk": http://pastebin.com/t1XyWuNa

 

Only media files are sitting on that disc, no any app/docker files or virtual machines. These are all on my SSD cache pool. I am really running out of ideas.

 

Any advise? Thanks a lot.

 

Wiping out because of stupidity.....the Spin Down Delay was set to "NEVER".  :o::)

    It can be really annoying when a computer does exactly what you tell it to do rather than what you meant to tell it to do :).
