Newb question; restore files on a per file basis

Hello, I'm very new to anything NAS related but am enjoying tinkering around with v6 of Unraid.

 

I was wondering, if one of my files becomes corrupt through bit rot etc, is it possible to just restore that one file from the parity drive?
