VM network bridge(br0) to allow port passthrough?

I have a VM setup with a network bridge, and I am trying to setup an application on a PC on the same lan to talk to my VM via an open port, however I cannot get through. Of course my VM can communicate outgoing but it isn't getting anything incoming. I have windows firewall disabled and it is a freshly built VM, nearly identical to my PC setup, which can run and receiving the same application on the port with no issues. So I believe it is something related to my network bridge for VMs?

 

 

So this becomes a little tricky I believe, how do I pass-through to my VM on unraid using a port with a network br0d setup?
