I MAY have had a breif power outage and upon reboot, all disks show up as new.  Here is a syslog, at the ent of the syslog you see lines saying the diskx iis new, these line go on and on.

I don't see anything wrong, except that the super.dat on the flash drive had a bad checksum, indicating probable corruption, probably because of the power outage.  Without the super.dat, it resets the configuration just as if you had pressed the Restore button.  Just use the Trust My Array procedure, and you should be fine.

 

When you have a chance, I would shut down the server and take the flash drive to a Windows machine and run Scandisk/CheckDisk on it.
