I don't a have the smart report as I have moved on to preclearing another bunch of drives, Drive were removed from a production server, running in raid 5.

Why can't you just pull the preclear reports from your flash and attach the text files to your post?

 

'/boot/preclear_reports'

 

You can pul this from your flash through windows from your previous drives as well.  just windows explorer to your flash drive.  it labels the reports matching the disks serial.
