[FIXED] W10 Emby Docker Not seeing Network Drives/Shares POssibly SMB?

I have no idea how but suddenly it's working. I'm none the wiser, I jsut rebooted again and it's working.

I suspect this is something to do with SMB shares!

 

Tried installing Emby Docker, and it can't see my shares on the network.

Had this problem previously trying to set up Sonar (not in a docker) but I gave up.

 

Recently I rebuily my 2 pc's from scratch with W10, since they both had years of crap on them and needed a fresh start. I now wish I hadn't bothered, what a piece of....

 

I've tried the edit registry tricks that come up when you google the issue, I've tried the powershell trick I found in these very forums.

 

I'm on Unraid 6.1.3 - everything was set to Public, which I think might be the issue...but I'm not sure. Just run the 'New Permissions' tool maybe that'll help...

Windows 10 whatever the latest patch is.

 

I've included a few screenshots of what I see when I try to manually go to the share, set as //wintermute or 192.168.0.25.

I remember having some issues setting up a mapped drive when I first installed W10 but I managed to work my way around that.

This PC unraid does not even show up in Network...

 

Kodi is on a seperate PC and I can use NFS and the IP to get to it.

 

Any more ideas? This is driving me totally mad!!
