I suspect my Flash drive is failing? The machine won't shutdown properly and I've gotten error messages a couple of times when I put the key in my Windows machine. The last time it said the key had issues, but did not find any. Before that, it said it repaired the key.

 

Any other thoughts before I request a new license?

    Very similar things started happening to me when my flash drive started failing on me. Lasted 5 or 6 years.
