Suddenly all transfers are extremely slow. How can I debug it? [SOLVED]

EDIT: NO PROBLEM ANYMORE. IT WAS A LAN DEVICE.

Sorry guys, I found the issue and it's not unRAID related. I have an airport extreme in bridge mode, which should work as a simple switch but it seems it was trying to do something else and was causing a bottleneck inside my network (it's connecting the first and the second floor devices. The wireless router is in the first floor and the unRAID server on the second, so all communications must travel through the airport before reaching the wireless router.

Hi! My server is suddenly really slow. I've tried to look for other having the same issue without luck, and I don't know where to look for. All HDDs seem to be ok, I've tried stopping all dockers, I've tried to reboot the server, the network cable, the router...

Both direct transfers copying files in an out the servers are unusable (it takes like 20 minutes to transfer just 1MB of data, and every docker like Plex is also unusable right now. I don't know what else can I do to find the cause. I attach the diagnose file generated by unRAID to see if it can helps.

Everything (unRAID and dockers) are up to date, and I didn't changed any hardware since the beginning (about 2 years ago I think)
