Question about upgrading from 6.0.1 to 6.1.9

With the wiki being updated and its been a while from the last time I did this, do I just copy the 6.1.9 and over write my files on my usb drive thats currently running unraid?

    You may just be able to check for updates and upgrade unraid

    I looked in all the menu's I didnt see a option to upgrade from the unraid web interface.
