Microsoft Lifecam not working on Windows 10 VM

My microsoft lifecam is not passing through to my windows 10 VM. I have tried different ports on my computer. The webcam is displayed on the VM edit page, and it is marked to be passed through. I have tried installing the webcam drivers to no avail.

 

Any suggestions?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
