March 8, 201610 yr I recently got low on disk space and added another drive. My shares are setup as high-water and split at the second level so I keep tv shows together. A TV show I currently watch is on my old drive and my mover is getting errors since it's trying to write to the full drive when it downloads new episodes. I can just move that shows folder to the new drive via finder, correct? Will the mover detect that the TV show is on a new disk and everything will be moved to that one moving forward?

Yes but be careful. Make sure you move from Disk1 to Disk2. Make sure you DO NOT move from Share to Disk2. If you mix and match user shares and disks shares in your move operations you can clobber the data and lose it.
