Newb Questions about dockers keeping disks spun up

Featured Replies

Hi Guys.  Sorry I guess I didnt configure my Dockers correctly.  I did not set the mappings to use the cache pool and instead they created a share named appdata.  As such they are keeping 2 data disks and my parity disks spun up all the time.  The two dockers are CrashPlan and PlexMediaServer.  How can I move the /config map to the share drive without loosing my Plex library, etc.  Thanks for your help, Andrew

Go to Shares and set the appdata share to Use cache disk: only. Then you will need to move all the appdata folders from the other disks to the cache disk.

Do you know how to use Midnight Commander?

No I don't.  Sorry.  I will look it up though and try to get this resolved.  I forgot about this issue and it is still keeping discs spun up way more than they should be.  Thanks, Andrew
