March 15, 201610 yr unRAID is not RAID and doesn't implement any of the traditional RAIDs. Start reading here in the Wiki
March 15, 201610 yr unRAID is not RAID anything, the closest you can do is a BTRFS array with the cache pool. The whole point of unRAID is to get away from RAID. You would have a data protection equivalent with one parity drive and two data drives, however, you wouldn't get the read/write speeds of a true RAID5 array.
