VM's lost everytime I reboot

Every time I reboot my machine or loose power, my VM's disappear from the Virtual Machines tab.  I have not bothered tracking down the issue since I can manually recreate them using their existing vdisks.  However, after a power outage yesterday, I am unable to recreate them since the Add VM page now appears to be corrupt since it no longer gives me the option to select a template. see screenshot.  Any help would be appreciated, I have been using unRiad for only about 2 months now, love it but am not very familiar with it yet.  tks

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
