My system has been stable but a little slow, so I bought a TP Link TL-SL 2218 managed 1gb switch. My ASUS Z10PE has 2 onboard Intel I210 NIC, using just 1 I can get around 60MB/s transfer, with 2 bridged I get 160MB/s. I bought a 4 pport I350 based card but can not get it to bridge at all, I have been using LACP and the switch only sees the onboard NICs as being in a LAG group.

 

Any ideas as to what I have done wrong?
