Unable to boot server

Featured Replies

I have been running unRAID on Pro Key since 2013 and previously on Basic Key even earlier. Recently due to limitation in expansion of the server, I upgraded my server hardware with the following

  • Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2PV
  • Intel® Core™ i3-6100 Processor
  • 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-2400 (F4-2400C15D-16GVR)
  • Supermicro AOC-SAS2LP-MV8
  • Cooler Master G550M PSU

While building the system, as usual I tried out the system using Windows 10 USB Installer. After completing the build and plugging in the unRAID key the system does not Boot, it just posts and then goes into BIOS setup, please note that I am running the F3b beta BIOS because the original F2 BIOS does to provide the non UEFI boot selection.

Need help in solving this, the family is up in arms due to the server being down for nearly two weeks.

You didn't change the unRAID flash in any way?

Sounds like you need to work with the BIOS to get it to boot from the flash. Make sure no other devices are listed in the boot order.

Try a USB2 port.
