Dual CPU/4 GPU water cooled rig. Driving myself nuts trying to get this working

Featured Replies

Hey guys so I'm having a lot of trouble getting my vms running with any sort of stability. In fact I've spent three days straight and countless hours trying different things and I'm at my wits end so I figure now I'll just put up whats happening and get some suggestions.

Here is my build pic album so you can see what I'm working with.

Dual Xeons, 3 GTX 770s, one gtx 960,

ASRock - EP2C602-4L/D16 MOBO

6.2.0-beta18 Unraid

I'll refer to these cards as such

Top to bottom in the case they are

1. EVGA GTX 770 2GB

2. EVGA GTX 770 2GB

3. MSI GTX 770 2 GB

4. EVGA GTX 960 2 GB

Individually, 3 of my 4 cards run great.

Card 1 runs with the settings shown in this pic.

96lFqgM.png?1%C2%A0 Benched it for an hour on unigine, flawless.

Card 2 boots but lags/has poor framerate, runs unigine benchmark for a minute then stutters slower and slower then crashes. Very unstable.

Card 3 now works perfectly when run in seabios, no idea why. It just started working...its odd that the other two 770s only work in ovmf....

card 4 works perfectly. No issues.

Initially, cards 1 and 2 wouldn't respond at all using previous versions of unraid. Before, card 3 was my stable card but after upgrading 1 and 2 work fine but I lost card 3 somehow.

The big problem is none of these cards will work at the same time, constant issues with crashing of VMs as soon as a new one is launched

I don't know what to make of it, if anyone could lend me a hand it'd be greatly appreciated.

It would be nice to have the XMLs of the  VM's. Which CPU, how much ram and etc.. Also the diagnostic zip from tools.

This will probably not help, but what is "Above 4G decoding" set to in the bios?

Why not work with a stable release of UnRaid, like 6.1.9, why struggle with the beta which is still early in its development cycle?
