Updated and all dockers/apps vanish from WebGUI!

Featured Replies

Hi,

Very strange issue I am having!

This morning I updated UnRAID and the Community Plugin. I restarted the server correctly as instructed but the software.

I logged back and all the apps have vanished/not displaying in the WebGUI. I have checked /appdata and everything is still installed with the last changes being on the 17/03/2016.

Any ideas on what has happened?

Post the ENTIRE Diagnostics.zip file.

That's what everyone is after.

Yes, I updated it after the UnRAID.

Update: I reinstalled Limetechs Plex as it is the easiest as it has created two versions Plex; neither of which have any of the settings/etc.

I was hoping that it would relist/active them all but no such luck :/

I am currently reinstalling all of my apps etc and I want to get it as perfect as possible the first time.  Iwas wondering how apps should stuff be installed on the SSD cache drive?

Should it be like this:

/mnt/user/appdata/plexmediaserver

or like this?

/mnt/cache/appdata/plexmediaserver

I have an appdata share set to 'Cache Only' but I do not have a cache share.
