SaS drives and controller

Hey guys new to unRAID. I have two 10k SaS drives with a dell sas controller. I'm not having them show up do I need to preclear_disk.sh? does SAS not work?

    SAS controllers work fine, I've used quite a few of them with unRAID (Dell 12DNW, LSI 9200/9202/9207/9211, ...).

     

    My understanding is that if it's a RAID controller it may need to be flashed to IT mode, although I've not done that myself.
