Cannot find disk PERC 6/i raid controller

Hello,

 

I have a PERC 6/i raid controller in a dell R610 server. I have tried 2 10k sas drives and 1 samsung 120 pro sata drive. I have tried configuring them in raid 0, 1, unconfigured, and as single virtual drives. I am unable to have any drives or parity show up. Whats causing this issue?
