Users cant acces shares they are supposed to

Hello

I've set most of my shares to private and gave read/write to the needed users. For some reason I cant login with the defined users. I get to enter my credentials twice and I'm unsure what the 2nd one is for:

Second:

What is the problem with my settings?

Windows only allows one login for each network machine. Once you have connected as one user, you have to clear credentials in Control Panel - Credential Manager to get it to let you use different one. Even though it won't let you connect as another user without clearing credentials, it will still prompt you. You can fool it into letting you use two at once by connecting by machine name for one and connecting by IP for the other.
