Installed 6.2 b19 over 6.1.9 and VM/Docker tabs disappeared!

Featured Replies

Hi

So, I took the plunge and installed beta19 over my 6.1.9 install.

Install went fine but now after I rebooted I don't see the VM or Docker TAB yet they are both enabled in settings.

I check the VM Manager settings and libvirt is pointing to a location that does not exist /mnt/user/system/libvirt/libvirt.img

I then created the directory /system/libvirt but this has made no difference.

I also noted that when starting the array, libvirt service and docker etc are not showing as starting like they did before in the status bar at the bottom.

Is there some maintenance/migration tasks I need to perform?

Please help.

thanks.

Try going to Settings - Docker and turn on Advanced View, then you should be able to set things to point to your docker.img. Similar for VM Manager.

It looks like I face the same issue since upgrading from 6.1.9 to 6.2 rc2. Can you elaborate on what to do to get my VM back? Thanks!
