Web GUI corruption with FSCK0000.REC files

I've have some web GUI corruption after a power outage and now have (86) FSCK0000.REC files on the flash drive.  For example the VM's creation page no longer fully loads.  How can I validate and recreate the web GUI file structure?  Would a freshly installed flash drive start me from the point before I did any plugin updates or is this the wrong approach?  thanks for the help
