Makes No Sense

Ok. I'm running Unraid 6.19. Here are the systemlog and diagnostics files. I'm running Gigabyte nics and cabeling is cat5e.

I am looking through your logs BUT as a quick note I notice that you have bonding setup. Have you tried your speeds without this in the first instance? I don't know much about setting up bonding correctly (or troubleshooting it really) BUT I have noticed and spoken to users who have had issues with it.

As means of isolation testing it might be worth just trying a copy operation with your network set without bonding enabled.

If you're writing to the cache disk this has nothing to do with your problem but you should monitor these values, if they increase by 2 or more check/replace sata cable:

Device Model:     Hitachi HDS5C3020ALA632
Serial Number:    ML0220F31ARN5D
199 UDMA_CRC_Error_Count    0x000a   200   200   000    Old_age   Always       -       99944

Device Model:     HGST HUS724040ALE640
Serial Number:    PK1331PAJ0R4AX
199 UDMA_CRC_Error_Count    0x000a   200   200   000    Old_age   Always       -       4868

This disk doesn't look very healthy:

Device Model:     ST32000542AS
Serial Number:    6XW111V7
183 Runtime_Bad_Block       0x0032   095   095   000    Old_age   Always       -       5
184 End-to-End_Error        0x0032   099   099   099    Old_age   Always   FAILING_NOW 1

Now, for your actual problem, syslog is only a minute long, try coping something and upload new diagnostics before rebooting.
