VM will not start

I am running 3 ubuntu VM's, 2 with gpu/usb passthrough (kodibuntu). Everything has been working fine, but today I noticed that I could not connect to one of the 2. When looking at Unraid, the VM was still running, but it was not responding. I was able to stop the VM, but when trying to start it I recieved the following error:

I tried to google and didn't get very far. Any Suggestions?
