March 30, 201610 yr My Backups share includes two disks (1,2), but only disk 1 ever fills. There error from the mover is this: Mar 30 03:44:56 TerraByteMe logger: rsync: write failed on "/mnt/user0/Backups/WorkTop/System/D_VOL-b018.spf": No space left on device (28) Mar 30 03:44:56 TerraByteMe logger: rsync error: error in file IO (code 11) at receiver.c(389) [receiver=3.1.0] My share looks like this: My other shares seem to work, it's just this one.
March 30, 201610 yr Community Expert Note that Split level takes precedence over Allocation method when selecting the disk for a file. You do not give examples of the path for files that are failing, but this is likely to be the reason why.

In short, one of your disks is full. The mover is trying to write to the disk and it cant. This can often happen if (as a result of your split level, share allocation method and associated settings) certain files are expected to go onto a certain disk. For more information read here: https://lime-technology.com/wiki/index.php/Un-Official_UnRAID_Manual#User_Shares One way of dealing with this is to move files from one disk to another to "Balance" the usage. There is an excellent plugin you can use to do this called unbalance: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=45352.0 Note: don't use the Docker version, this has been retired. unBALANCE is an unRAID plugin that frees space from one of the disks in your array, by moving user shares/folders to other disks in the array, as long as there is space available. To help you install the above plugin I recommend that you should install the Community Applications Plugin first: https://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=40262.0 This plugin will allow you to easily search for and add ANY of the unRaid docker or plugin applications very easily.

Thanks, I had my split level set too high at one point I think. I assumed it would figure it out once I fixed it. Yes, I have the App from that Squid Guy. I wonder if Squids drink BeerÉ I`ll try unbalanced, although it may be too late. LOL.

March 31, 201610 yr Author Hmmmm..... Tripping the Rift, Supernatural AND BEER. Beer comes in less than a 2-4?
March 31, 201610 yr Author Back to reality, before someone moves our thread. I installed UnBalance I selected the problematic share, but when I go to the home page, it wants to move Disk 4 somewhere else. That share does not exist on Disk 4 and it won't let me untick the from Disk 4. Time for a reboot.
