Problems with ruTorrent not keepng it's settings after a forced reboot?*SOLVED*

Nevemind, when I started Rutorrent now everything was back.

Hi

To start off with I am a total Linux n00b, and have been using unraid 6 for about a month. My solution to fixing problems is usually going back to step 1 and reinstalling things.

But the issue that I am having is due to me having to restart the server in an incorrect manner (I wont go into it much since it's a separate issue). Basically sometimes when I try to move alot of folders, I get an errormessage in Windows saying that i cannot complete the move. And for some reason I can move the same folders/files one by one, but not 2+ at the same time. And I have to restart the server by turning the power off or pressing the reset button. Harddrives are all OK, data could be corrupted but haven't had time to check yet.

But on to the to the question I had. Some of the times when that happens and I have to restart the server incorrectly, ruTorrent doesn't seem to save my setting and I get a blank docker where I have lost all my current torrents that were seeding, RSS filter etc, even GUI theme. Why is it doing this? Is Rutorrent especially susceptible when I restart the server without taking the array of correctly before a reboot?  Because none of my other docker applications have behaved like this before, they all seem to be able to keep their settings. And is there any way to get the setting back? Can I copy some folder or files that has all my rrs filter setting (and all my other settings for Rutorrent) and keep as a backup when this happens and just copy them to get my settings back? It's no fun having to set up my rssfilter from scratch, it usually takes me about 2+ hours to do so.

The docker is installed to an SSD drive that I have has a cache drive (/mnt/cache/user/appdata/RUtorrent)

Log if it helps? I see some "cannot create xxxx file because it already exist" is that rutorrent trying to write over the old configuration files maybe?
