April 1, 201610 yr I just upgraded to 6.2 and made sure my 'auto start' was turned off for my two VMs. However, now the VM Manager says that it's stopped and I can't turn it on unas-diagnostics-20160401-1652.zip
April 5, 201610 yr Author Bump. Please, someone explain why the manager is stopped or how to start the VM manger?
April 6, 201610 yr I had the same problem. I don't quite remember what I did to fix it. I think I selected "No" under the "Enable VMs" drop down box and then re-enabled it. I think that fixed it. But yes, it seems like a bug.
April 6, 201610 yr Author Tried that several times. Even tried resetting the whole OS. Nada. The specs say everything is compatible/enabled. Any ideas?
April 6, 201610 yr Author Cycled the VM Manager, here's the diag. I tried adding a share called 'system' twice, and then cycling the VM Manager, but it stayed 'stopped'. tower-diagnostics-20160406-1111.zip
April 6, 201610 yr Thanks so much for the help! First thing I would do is update to the latest beta just to rule that out
April 6, 201610 yr Under default storage path for both ISOs and virtual disks, please remove the trailing slash and try applying.
April 8, 201610 yr Author Thank you both. I updated to the latest "beta" .21 and tried removing the trailing slashes. After removing them and clicking "done" it re-added them.
April 8, 201610 yr Thank you both. I updated to the latest "beta" .21 and tried removing the trailing slashes. After removing them and clicking "done" it re-added them. Change libvirt storage location to read this: /mnt/user/system/libvirt/libvirt.img Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
April 8, 201610 yr Author Same result I removed the '/' on the end of the others as well, and it replaced them. I get the feeling that it's something really small and stupid...but I can't figure it out
April 8, 201610 yr Change your libvirt, img path I had the same problem, moved libvirt, now I can see the VM tab and the Libvirt volume info appeared in VM Manager
April 9, 201610 yr Author Ok! So! I didn't realize you had to enter an actual file name... + Create 'system' share + Entered "\mnt\system\libvrt.img" voila, it works! Thanks to you all for helping out, y'all rock!
