how many fans to motherboard?

Hi there,

 

anyone has a clue, is it safe to connect 6x 140mm fans to the Supermicro X7SBE mainboard case fan connector or would I blow the mainboard? I want to have them thermocontrolled; they should go in the middle of a Norco 4220 canse in two rows each 3 fans. Or are 3 fans enough? Those are the Noiseblocker XK2 fans.

    Add up the Wattage/Amperage for the fans, and then compare that to the Wattage/Amperage capacity for the fan header from the mobo manual
