I am new to Unraid and hope someone can help me. I am able to remote into the VM but when I use VNC it shows the attached picture. It appears that it is lagging an not allowing me to view anything. Can anyone put me in the right direction?

That looks like you are trying to use the built-in browser based VNC?  I find that does not always work on my system so instead I use a proper VNC client (e.g. realVNC or ultraVNC) and that seems to be much more reliable.

 

Once I have a VM up and running I normally activate RDP inside the VM and access it using RDP instead as it gives better performance.    Also using the Microsoft RDP Manager it is easy to switch between multiple RDP sessions. I have not found an equivalent for VNC.

This solved my issue.
