Windows 8.1 VM as Proxy server

I've currently set up a VM with Windows 8.1 running on it. Every works fine, but I also installed ccproxy. Now.. I've setup this ccproxy with the default settings (Socket port also enabled). It has an IP and this one I use on my desktop with switchyOmega to redirect some of the traffic to my VM.

 

The problem is that I get an error when I surf to an url which should be redirected to the proxy. It can't find the proxy server and I have to check if the proxy server is available. On the SwitchyOmega side.. everything is OK so I think the problem lies with the connection ports/IP on my VM.. \

 

Anyone an idea what might be the problem? I hope it's a bit clear.
