Is there a way to change the parity check schedule from the current, every week to let's say every 2 weeks (or whatever I want to choose?)

Yes you can: in the WebGui go to Settings and there you'll see Scheduler -> from there you can schedule the Parity Check and the Mover

You may also install the Dynamix Schedules plugin to have even more flexibility with your schedules, including parity
