Dynamix webGui vplugin: xml parse error and a slew of other errors

Booted fine and then after a bit I get the xml parse error and vm's tab display's this error.

I have repaired errors on the flash drive in windows and upon a fresh start I get input/output errors from dynamix. Then I have to reboot and it loads fine and runs ok for a bit then I get the xml parse error. I have attached my system log and would appreciate any ideas. Thanks.
