How to have 2 unRAID servers sync over the internet

Hi Guys, I currently have an unRAID Pro Server at my work and another at my house for offsite backup, I will be doing the initial sync over the local network, but after that I want them to sync over the internet somewhere between 1ce a day and 1ce a week. What would be the best way of going about this? is there a plugin that can handle this?

    There are a lot of ways to do this.

     

    One way is to use a cron job and rsync.

     

    This thread does a pretty good job walking though how you would set this up.
