Hey all,

 

Im looking to do a new build and wanted to get a mobo with some usb 3.0 and 3.1's (an x99 chipset specifically) I see that in unRAID 6.2 there is support for usb 3.0 virtIO drivers, but I was wondering if this would work with usb 3.1 ( worst case scenario the 3.1 drops down to 3.0) I am asking because I am stuck between a few different motherboards, one has a plethora of usb 3.1, a few 3.0 and a couple (literally 2) usb 2.0 ports. The other has more usb 2.0 but lacks some other features I was hoping to use.

 

Also wondering if m.2 drives and sata express drives have gotten the greenlight.
