April 19, 201610 yr From the quick google search I did, it looks like a hardware problem. Since the error mentioned power saving it might be good to check the power saving settings in the bios. It might also be memory, CPU or graphics card.
April 20, 201610 yr Author I saw the same thing when I googled but the issue only started when I got my first Windows VM "kind of working" I deleted that VM. Started again after reading more and did it properly and the problem resolved itself. Now the second time I assigned the highest numbered cores and not 0 to the VM so it could be either because of that or because I actually installed the virtio drivers correctly the second time (first time I only had storage installed not the other two). Either way thanks for the help. Hopefully the issue is resolved.
